Nightingale staff and students spent a day focussing on exploring the characteristics of healthy and unhealthy relationships. The day was organised into 3 workshops:
* Creating artwork from examining positive and negative character traits in ourselves and others.
* Learning how to recognise behaviours which may indicate unhealthy relationships.
* Finding ways to reduce anxiety and/or stress caused by FOMO particularly when experienced through social media channels (Fear of Missing Out)
